การประเมินคัดกรองความสามารถ ในการดำเนินชีวิตประจาวัน (ADL) • Barthel Activity of Daily Living Index หรือ ADL Index คือ การวัดความสามารถในการดำเนินชีวิต ประจำวัน • คะแนนเต็มคือ 20 คะแนน • คะแนนยิ่งมาก แสดงถึงสามารถช่วยเหลือตนเองในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันได้มาก • ช่วงคะแนนแบ่งเป็น 3 ช่วง ดังนี้ คะแนน 0-4 คือ ผู้สูงอายุติดเตียง คะแนน 5-11 คือ ผู้สูงอายุติดบ้าน คะแนน 12-20 คืิอ ผู้สูงอายุติดสังคม
